मंदिर के बारे में
यह मंदिर 200 साल पुराना है और हाल ही में इसका जीर्णोद्धार हुआ है। यह मुंडन संस्कार और विवाह समारोह के लिए बहुत प्रसिद्ध है। यहाँ दूर दूर से लोग मुंडन संस्कार करवाने तथा विवाह के लिए आते हैं। हर साल श्रावण के महीने में भगवान शिव पर जल चढ़ाने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में भक्त यहां एकत्रित होते हैं। दूर-दूर के गाँवों और शहरों से लोग पूजा और मन्नत मांगने आते हैं। कहा जाता है कि यहां सभी की मनोकामनाएं पूरी होती हैं। यह दुर्गा पूजा के अवसर पर जागरण के लिए भी बहुत प्रसिद्ध है। जागरण के लिए कोलकाता, कानपूर अवं दिल्ली जैसे शहरो से कलाकार बुलाये जाते हैं। अक्टूबर के महीने के दौरान, पूर्णिमा के दिन एक बड़ा मेला आयोजित किया जाता है। मेले में बहुत सारी मिठाई की दुकान लगाती है और विभिन्न प्रकार के झूले वाले आते जो बच्चों के मुख्य आकर्षण का केंद्र होते हैं।

Cultural Program
Cultural committee members and other members organizes cultural events for major cultural holidays such as Shivratri, Holiest Shravan month (Shravan Mass Festival), Durga Puja, Holi, Diwali and the Cultural Heritage Day. As well as assists in hosting events of visiting national cultural artists as well as Religious cultural events .
Our Mission
To bring into closer relation the members of the Hindu community. To provide a forum for scholarly discussions of the Hindu philosophy. To conduct and sponsor religious, spiritual, charitable, educational, social and cultural activities for the benefit of the Hindu community. To preserve and embellish Hindu traditions and cultural heritage. To teach its younger members the history and development of the Hindu philosophy and religion and to inculcate a pride of their heritage. Encourage their participation and involvement with daily activities of the Mandir.
